5 Easiest way to bring peace to your mind

We all human beings are in a race, a race to be happy. Just think to yourself for a moment everything we do is to be happy. Even what you do to make someone else happy also a type of action you trying to make yourself happy. But are we happy always?

The answer is ‘No’. We all who are doing some kind of job, business to make money for a decent life experience the hectic life style of ours. We all experience stress, tiredness, depression within a single day during our daily routine. The only relief we see is going to bed at night after completing all our duties. Just think do we have a calm mind, a peaceful mind. A peaceful mind will not have a busy traffic of thoughts. A peaceful mind will see things clearly. And a peaceful mind will bring happiness. Below mentioned 5 steps is useful to be calm inside.


1.     Breathe well – If you feels like you are stressed and tired or in a head hurting pain. Just take 5 minutes and breathe. Breathe well keeping your eyes closed. And before this, stop whatever you are doing in a state that you don’t have to worry. Open your eyes and observe the thing around and start the work freshly. Breathing well gives more Oxygen to your brain, which benefits the active body functioning.



2.    A Little Walk – If you are doing a job sitting all the day in front of a computer. Stand up for a while and have a little walk inside your office. Best thing is to go down stairs while concentrating on your steps. And take the elevator to go back to your floor. Watching the same scenes for a long time makes your mind stressed, so a little walk changes the scene in to new random number of scenes. Which helps the brain to be calm down.



3. Surf the internet – This idea may look little weird. Yes this is not a permanent solution, but as we described in the previous step changing the scenes which brains sees do the magic here also. Changing what your eyes sees and what your brain deals with really help to make your mind calm. So internet surfing do the thing. But make sure to read or watch something good, you may use your mobile phone instead the usual screen.



4. Start a hobby – If we ask 100 people what’s their hobbies. Average 50% says sleeping is their hobby. But a real hobby can give you more freedom from a busy mind. Think of a something fresh, don’t go for a popular one, and always pick what you love the most. Try to learn something new as a hobby like, drawing, new language, Martial art, play a musical instrument, dancing...etc. Having a hobby keeps reminding you the things you did and the things you have to do in random times. This scenario takes your mind from your usual routines to a different scene for a moment which helps your mind to be calm.



5. Mediation – When it comes to peace of mind, meditation takes the winners price always. Even though I mentioned it at the bottom of the list, meditation does the magic always. Only thing is that, do not expect results too early. Get this example, if you want to have a good looking body you have to go to the gym, but just going to gym for 3 days will not bring you a better result. Do meditation whenever you feel like you are ready to do. No need to do it for hours, doing it for 20 minutes at the beginning, then continue.



Finally, we humans in a race to be happy, like I mentioned earlier, but if you stop for a while and look around the world you’ll see the reality clearly.
