Electric cars has already taken the attention for their
stunning look and the technology, companies like Tesla Motors continuously
build their brand under electric cars. While other major companies like Nissan
also in the market with vehicles like Nissan Leaf, and the hybrid vehicle industry

news is from USA, California based Alta Motors is making electric motorcycles
to be popular same as electric cars.

Main focus should be on the look and the performance, especially
when a new idea or product comes in to the market. Otherwise it’s uncertain to
be a successful product. It seems Alta Motors has succeeded on both factors of
look and performance. Initially they are going to introduce two products to the
market, one motorcycle targets the off-road fans and the other one is targeting
normal road-legal market.

Redshift MX is the one introducing to the off-road market
and the Redshift SM will be introduced to the road-legal market. Main difference
between two bikes are MX has specially designed aggressive tires, no lights and
mirrors and SM is speedier than the MX by 5mph , Redshift SM has top speed of
85Mph (136 Kmph).

Alta Motors says that it would be easier to ride these bike
concentrating on the road as you don’t have to shift gears and less noise
compared to normal gasoline motor bikes, but as we believe more people like the
sound of the gasoline motor, yes it may be an intriguing fact of no gear
changing ride, especially in city streets.
